Build your knowledge base

Steps

1. In WukongChat, go to Knowledge Base → Details.
2. Upload your product documentation and other reference files.
3. Click Start Analysis. The knowledge base is ready when the status shows Analysis Complete.

Tip: A well-stocked knowledge base is what lets the AI agent answer accurately, so upload your key product and policy docs first.
