Turn on the bot & pick a reception mode

这是面向已开通客户的操作指南：讲的是登录后台之后的具体点击步骤，还没成为客户、想先了解产品能做什么，建议先看 解决方案 或 价格与功能。

Steps

  1. Go to Current Session.
  2. Turn on Robot Priority Reception and Enable Robot Replies, then switch on your strategy. (For an AI agent, enable AI Assistant.)

Reception modes

  • AI-Assisted — the agent gets suggested replies from the knowledge base, edits them if needed, and clicks Select to send.
  • AI Full-Auto — the bot answers customers automatically, with no agent involved.
