Create an AI agent strategy

Steps

1. After building your knowledge base, go to Strategy → Create Strategy.
2. Fill in the strategy:
   - Strategy Name — for your own reference.
   - Main Industry / Main Business — your store's field and core business.
   - Contact Information — details the agent can share with customers.
   - Fallback Response — a default reply for off-topic questions.
   - Model Selection — choose the model that best fits your needs (models vary in style and capability).
   - Reference Knowledge Base — link the knowledge base you created.
   - Prompt — customize and fine-tune the prompt to improve answer accuracy.
3. Save the strategy, then attach it in an execution rule (see "Set execution rules").
