Set up a Q&A chatbot

Steps

1. In WukongChat, go to Strategy → Create Strategy and choose the Q&A bot.
2. Attach a Q&A Library or a Knowledge Base.
3. To add Q&A pairs:
   - Question — the bot matches this and similar questions.
   - Answer — add several answers and the bot replies with one at random.
4. Activate the bot with an execution rule set to Bot Type: Q&A Bot (see "Set execution rules").

Use a Q&A bot for tightly scripted replies; use an AI agent when you want free-form answers drawn from your knowledge base.
